This is a complete set of Czar wheels, tires and front brake disc. Front wheel is a 21" with two matching disc while the rear is a 18" that includes the cushion drive hub used on 2009 HD touring bikes. The tires are Avon Vemons with the rear being a 180mm tire. This set was installed on a bike for our Custom Corral and the customer did not want them when the bike was purchased. They have 10 test miles on them.
